Responsibility for people and the environment

OMT is synonymous with responsible handling of the resources which are vital to our company processes. Among other things, we have therefore opted for the use of renewable energy from biogas. The modern controls on our machines and lighting ensure the use of electricity and materials based on needs to achieve a positive energy balance.

At the same time, our production is organised such that 98% of the waste left over from the production processes is channelled back into the material cycle. We recover raw materials from surface technology using a special filter process. The efficiency of the systems has been greatly increased as a result.

We are certified to DIN EN ISO 14001.

Therefore we have opted for the use of renewable energy from biogas to cover our energy needs.¹
