As a result of this internal training, we have succeeded in installing a quality management system throughout and increasing awareness of an employee suggestion scheme.

Good ideas to shape the improvement process at OMT sustainably also come about because we attach great value to the continuing education of our employees. For this reason, training sessions and seminars for the many areas of work at our company are the order of the day and are well accepted by colleagues.

The good results of these in-house training measures are particularly noticeable in the Kaizen audits where a culture of constructive exchange exists with regard to the topics raised in the various departments at OMT. We are therefore proud that our employees identify with the brand and OMT’s performance.

The conditions for increasing our company’s productivity lie for the most part with the ideas and dedication of our employees in the specialised departments.
